Shipping & Returns
In-Store Pickup:
Merchandise pick up or returns can be done during normal store hours:
Monday through Saturday 10am-6pm; Sunday 12pm-5pm.
Local Delivery:
Local delivery is available for all merchandise, including furniture, within a two hour
time window Monday through Friday. Please arrange delivery with our Sales staff at least 48 hours in advance.
Shipping:
We offer both domestic and international shipping; shipping prices are calculated at our cost of materials and shipping rates. Standard shipping is sent via USPS or UPS Ground (3-5 business days in most cases); expedited shipping is available upon request.
Out of stock items:
If an item is not in-stock or unavailable (“back-ordered”), we will notify you via email
of its estimated arrival date and substitution options for a quicker delivery.
