Getting Holiday Ready

I don’t know about you, but I am being besieged with holiday gift guides. Now, I love a good gift guide—and I always enjoy seeing what my competitors, favorite magazines, and influencers are thinking about for their gifts this year.

Of course, we’ve put out our own gift guide this season. Every year, we create a theme to inspire our clients in a fresh and creative way. Last year, we leaned into all of the fabulous TV shows and movies arriving in late fall of 2024.

Who would’ve known that the start of 2025 would bring so much change to so many lives?

So this year, I decided to create a Holiday Gift Guide centered on renewal and restoration.

As many of you know, we have just reopened our retail location in the heart of the Pacific Palisades.

We are incredibly proud of the efforts of our entire team who made this possible. When people walk into the store, it truly feels like a moment from It’s a Wonderful Life. Tears have been shed, gifts have been brought to me—prompting even more tears of gratitude.

I love the concept of renewal and transformation. The idea that we can rise above our circumstances and change how we see the world is not only hopeful—it’s restorative.

This holiday season brings challenges for many people. I love the idea of tucking in with your family—playing board games, sharing a meal, and easing the stress that often accompanies the frantic energy of the holidays. At the same time, I believe it’s important to make your home, or wherever you spend the season, as beautiful as you can. It shows the people around you that you’ve made an effort to celebrate with love and to help everyone move a little closer to joy and peace.

We’ll be celebrating this year with our Annual Holiday Party.

I felt it was especially important to gather the community, share a cup of cheer, and simply say hello. We’ll be there with bells on. Anna will be joining us to personalize ornaments, mugs, candles, and more in English or Italian—such a special way to give a heartfelt gift. And of course, we’ll have our raffle, treats, and plenty of festive moments. I truly hope you can join us.

Wishing you a blessed, peaceful, and restorative holiday season. May the coming year bring renewal, joy, and a sense of hope to us all.

xx Elizabeth
